Delivery Policy

• All orders are made-to-order and require up to 2-3 weeks for production from the date the order is placed.
• Once production is completed, orders will be delivered within 1 week.
• Orders that have been completed but remain uncollected for more than 3-4 weeks will be automatically canceled without refund.
